Create your professional CV, step by step
Start with a ready example, replace it with your real details, review the preview, and download the format you need.
1. Choose your field
Choose any profession or a nursing specialty. Classic uses English CV headings. Deutsch uses German nursing headings. CV language and interface language are separate.
2. Replace the example
Work through Details, Summary, Education, Experience, and Skills. Your draft saves automatically on this device. All example names, contacts, institutions, and employers are fictional.
3. Use the writing helper
Copy a prompt, complete your truthful details in ChatGPT, review its answer, then paste or import the result. No data is sent automatically. Import offers a review before replacement and lets you recover the previous draft.
4. Add photos and proof links
A profile photo is optional. Upload and adjust its fit, or remove it. Upload certificates to your own Drive, choose suitable reader access, then paste the shared link next to the certificate name. Links work in preview and PDF; PNG images do not have clickable links.
5. Preview, check, save, and download
Open Preview to choose one of ten designs and adjust CV text size. Use Edit to return to your current section. Check ATS format runs ten disclosed checks on the generated file. It is guidance about formatting, not an external ATS result or an acceptance probability.
Save a named version in My CV after confirming it. Download PDF for sharing, Word for later editing, PNG for an image, or TXT for text. Large content can produce multiple PDF pages.
Install on your device
Use Install app in the browser. On iPhone, use Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Installation uses the MA CV icon. The web app is separate from a Google Play release.
Privacy and screen text size
Your draft, photos, and saved versions stay on this device. A / A+ / A++ change interface text; CV text size changes the exported CV. Clearing browser site data removes local drafts and saved versions.
